It has exactly the same layout and functions as yours, as far as I can tell by the photo's. I managed to make mine function on Mavericks with the latest driver update available, which I found here: The version that worked for me is 1.8.1 I just upgrade to Yosemite, and got in trouble again.
The M-Audio MobilePre no longer appears in my list of input/output devices. No recent drivers to be found for Yosemite.
I looked everywhere. Maybe they'll be made available later on. Meanwhile I discovered a very simple trick to make it work again, and that is to unplug and re-plug the M-Audio after booting the Mac, or to plug it after the system is up and running. After that, the M-Audio shows up on the list of input/output devices of my sound panel.
